Hi everyone!

It's school holidays, so today Little Man and I are going to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. It's a nice place where they have lots of Australian animals so you can see them up close. We have an annual pass so it's a good way to start the holidays. There'll probably be photos on Facebook by the end of the day!

Sarah - you won a meet and great? Congratulations! I hope you have a great time. Have you built your bear yet?

Hi everyone.

I haven't really been up much today. I kinda slept in and I probably needed it. No really great Audi photos from COTA yet, but I found this on Liana's Facebook page:

As for the rest of tonight, I'll be taking it easy by doing some gaming, eating some fish, and getting some sleep before work tomorrow

Also, one of my mom's cats that lives with me is about to have kittens

What's a Build-A-Bear? Are you going to create a bear somehow?

Lynne - It must be a great relief that you are done with your parents' house, right? Now you will be able to really enjoy your kid's vacation. And what a good idea, this animal sanctuary! Do you believe that I stayed for 3 months in Australia and although I visited places I didn't have the chance to see a kangaroo or a koala? I only saw a crocodile and some sharks... Pfff!

Sean - When the due date is? Are you going to buy those tiny bottles in order to feed them?

Today's a bit quieter. We have shopping in the morning and a haircut for Little Man this afternoon. Boy, does he need one!

Michelle - you lived in Australia for three months and never saw a kangaroo or a koala? You must have stayed in the city. Come for a visit and I'll make sure that changes.

Still waiting for some more Audi stuff from COTA this weekend, but I did have a pretty good day at work.

I got home and took a nap--which was good until I had to get up and eat. My older brother brought me home some McDonalds tonight. And tonight will be a good sleeping night for me since it's cold and I like sleeping under the comforter on my bed.

Other than that, and a trip possibly out to either Walmart of Meijers tonight, I don't have a whole lot planned. I guess that I'll figure that out later.

It's only day three of the school holidays and I'm already feeling exhausted. I'm going to Rochelle's today to do some work and Little Man can play with her kids. I would really rather go back to bed, but that's not going to happen.

We were thinking seriously about a particular place that we thought would be ideal for my parents' new home. We were all ready to schedule an inspection when someone else put an offer in on it. That's a shame. We're hoping for something better but there's not a lot around at the moment. Hopefully that will change soon.

Morning all!

I got a good bit of work done yesterday at Rochelle's but it was still exhausting. I took my parents to see a possible house last night too. It wasn't what we wanted (it was a bit too far away) but it felt good to start looking. We're going to another one this evening.

Today Little Man has a friend coming over to play. I'm hoping they can play nicely and amuse themselves while I get some stuff done!

Hey all,

This week has gone by in a blur, like usual Monday was SO fun! I started work super early so I could get up to the city but it was so worth it. Nick performed a short acoustic set (he's promoting a solo album) and I got to take a picture with him Afterward my friend and I hung out around Seattle since we rarely get up there since traffic is stressful and the city is packed.

Lynne-house hunting is stressful and it must be even more annoying when you're trying to do it for someone else. What all do you and LM have planned? Kids can be hard to entertain

Michelle-Build-A-Bear is just how it sounds like..you pick out a deflated stuffed animal and the employees stuff it for you..you can add smell (I have a dog I got for Valentine's Day from my husband that smells like strawberries) or clothes to it. I had a freebie coupon for a basic one, so I got another smaller dog that I just left plain since it was so cute by itself.
