Rate the banner~ Take VII

Rate the banner above yours on a scale of 1-10. Be constructive. Offer your thoughts. Don't be nasty.
Rules of the thread:
Do not rate a banner more than once. If the last post is a banner you have already rated, wait until one is posted that you have not rated.
Do not use the thread to chat. This is for constructive criticism and feed back about the banners.
So far nobody has broken the rules but thread #1 was somewhat being abused. The same banners were being rated by the same people along the pages. You don't have to change your banner to keep posting here, but if the same banner is rated more than 10 times, you get the picture, right?
In the old threads, members got creative and started to post different banners in their posts so you could rate them. I suggest you to do that if you want to keep posting on this thread. Any questions? pm a mod.
Mod's Note: When this thread reaches 300 pages, someone please pm a mod to start a new one.
The old thread will be locked and disposed of but your post counts will not be affected.
