And it’s not really my fault, the thought just popped into my head when reading one of Jazz Girl’s posts about the trust Bella gives Edward by letting him stay with her at night. I couldn’t help but really start thinking about that, because that’s a lot of trust, buddy. It reminded me of a long airplane trip I once took years ago, dressed to the nines, and waking up during the landing with my shirt soaked and drool spilling out of my mouth. Very embarrassing!corona wrote:Ooooh, I think Bella was much more grabby than Edward in the kiss scene.
BTW, in the book, that wasn’t the chicken enchiladas with refried beans night, was it? Maybe that was why he was way over in the rocking chair the next morning.
Deliberately, I took a deep breath, and then another, letting her scent rip through me like wildfire.
I think Bella is a little more careful once Edward is in the picture that the enchiladas don’t have the refries on the side.
B: Edward, why is the window open, is that a reminder of my love for you?
E: No, love. I discovered last night that it isn’t just your mind that is silent nor just my venom that is deadly.
YOU LADIES ROCK!!
I honestly didn't know anyone was that funny here! This is my kind of thread!
Human scents are interesting and sometimes intense. The worst thing about perpetually being in high school is the boys locker room. You have no idea how bad it can be.
Well, I'm off to cook a little something for my lovely Rosalie. Like a nice meaty saus -- Oh, hi Esme...
Why should the devil have all the good times?

Try LIVING with teenaged boys sometime! You don't have to have a vampire nose to be offended by that. Uh Oh Emmett!!! You are soooooooooo busted! Hmmm, saucy, huh? I would have pegged Rosalie for a sweettooth kind of girl.

Hi Emmett!
I'm happy to see some new faces, welcome. And it is nice to see some posting. I used to check this thread everyday, then it got quiet and there was nothing to check.
And my feeling is that the gutter is the place for adults to hang out and share anything and feel free to throw in innuendo along the way. I have met dear friends in the gutter . We're a bunch of goofballs. As Nissanmama would say "bac said balls, balls are funny", heehee.

Ugh, I hated gym class in highschool and lots of smelly boys BLEH! But oh my, when a man wears some good cologne, oh wow, makes you wanna go right up to him and just sniff away! That would be when the Vamp smell would be a good thing hehe!
Speaking of balls, has anybody ever had bourbon balls? I never had (sad I know. I am 26 and never had them ) Do they have actual bourbon in them or what? Can you really get drunk off of them?
