The baseball scene! Him with his bat! "Holy crow!" lol. That's all I gotta say. He was just absolutely perfect!

Who knew he could handle a bat that well?
Jackson is amazing as Jasper, as any character really. Most of my favorite scenes involved him!

Re: Jackson Rathbone as Jasper
i was actually VERY pleased with Jackson. Many people say things like "he's such a creeper in the movie- what's with the cardboard box stance?"
Of course, all the people who say this have just jumped on to the Twilight bandwagon and have only read Twilight, so it thoroughly annoys me when they say this and don't have any idea of Jasper's background simply because they haven't read eclipse.
I know i'm venting a little here, but i'm just really fed up with the people who have only read the first book bashing a character i really care about...
I thought Jackson was phenomenal, even before the movie was being filmed i envisioned Jasper as exactly that, blond hair, intimidating, and struggling to keep normal. There were many parts that i loved, for example the CRASH SCENE! PERFECT! I absolutely loved Jasper's expression when the camera flipped to the Cullens to see their reactions to Edward saving Bella. Jasper's face had such shock and astonishment- i thought Jackson did a great job of conveying that. I also really like how he portrayed Jasper's stiff stance and he really lets you see Jasper's constraint and cautiousness around humans. This of course was vividly displayed when Bella meets the Cullens and i loved it! Not only that, but it makes sense to me since Jasper was in the military...both my father and uncle were in the armed forces and still on occasion have their certain way of standing due to their military years....
I'm thoroughly looking foward to see how Jackson will unravel Jasper's character more and was really pleased with his performance

I loooooved Jackson as Jasper. Jasper and Alice were always my favorite characters. And Jackson just played him to a T. All I can say is, baseball... I will never look at it the same again. Haha.
Anyone think he looks like a young Johnny Depp?

My BF and I thought the same thing after watching Twilight. He looks like Johnny Depp in Edward Scissorhands. I must admit though. After watching the movie, I turned Team Jasper. There's just something about him that I find so enthralling.kaitlyncullen wrote:yess!! he DOES look like a young johnny depp.

I loved his facial expression! Throughout the enitre movie, he really did look like he was in pain. He was great! He's quite charming too.
