HOW TO GET TECH HELP

As of May 2010, we're changing how we handle tech questions. Instead of having a single thread for everyone to post their questions on, we're going to allow posters to start their own topics in this forum. Giving each topic its own thread makes it easier for people to see if their question has already been answered.

But please...this only works if you don't jump in and post your question without checking whether there's already a thread for it. Look at the FAQs in the Newborn Forum and the existing topics in this thread BEFORE starting a new topic -- your question may have been answered already! If we get inundated with duplicate topics, we'll have to rethink letting people start topics themselves.


THIS FORUM IS FOR TECH HELP ONLY. If you don't want to irritate the Volturi do not start other topics here. You have been warned...


•For basic How To's and FAQ's please check out the topics in the Newborn in Seattle forum.

•If you think there's a glitch with the Lex -- stuff which suddenly isn't working -- please report it on the Glitch Report thread.

• Alternatively, you can fill out a Technical Support Form.
