Re: Midnight Sun Partial draft release --Express your feelings

Well, if being forgoten and not selling as many books is what she wants, then she is well on her way to getting her wish. Forgetting about her translates to "not rushing to the bookstore to buy her books; not buying her books at all anymore." I'll never buy anothe book of hers (if she can ...

Re: Midnight Sun Partial draft release --Express your feelings

I understand the feeling of anger she has, finding out someone you trusted has been disloyal to you. But I also believe she is taking this way out of proportions when she says that she will now stop working on this project as long as she hears the words "Midnight Sun". Fact is, she will n...

Re: Midnight Sun Partial draft release --Express your feelings

Thank you for posting the link. SM seems like a very nice lady and I hope that she gets back to MS sooner than later. Mermaids sound cheesy to me but then so did vampires.... :D If anyone can write a good story about mermaids, I'm sure it's SM. I'll buy it right after I buy MS. :P

Re: Midnight Sun Partial draft release --Express your feelings

I don't think the honeymoon would have been in MS. It's only Twilight from Edward's perspective. The Honeymoon happens in BD. Maybe you're thinking about the meadow scene.... :)

Re: Midnight Sun Partial draft release --Express your feelings

I do wonder if a small part of her wanted/needed to regain some controll after the mixed (somewhat brutal?) reviews for BD and this is how it manifested itself. For the record, I really liked it. I like all the books so far in the Twilight series. MS would have probably been my favorite because it e...

Re: Breaking Dawn-I liked it

by twilightmom Hi there it's "twilightmom" here... I just made a major mistake, and posted to the "only once" thread. Ugg! Anyhow, you're comments on the book made me really think about what bothered me. Here is the post I removed from the thread... Thanks for challenging me to ...

Re: Breaking Dawn-I liked it

but I just felt Bella’s immense affection for her before she was born was a bit much to handle. She should have freaked out more in my mind. I may be wrong, but this sounds like someone who has never had a child. For me, from the moment I found out I was pregnant (all 5 times) there was an imediate...

Re: Midnight Sun - The 12 Chapters

Edward DID feed off of humans during his 10 Rebellion Years; only they were murderers and "bad guys" of sorts. He tells this story in Tw, so I don't need to hash it here for you. Yes, he did, but that was not until after he'd been a vampire for at least several years. He abstained while h...

Re: Midnight Sun Partial draft release --Express your feelings

I am really glad that Stephenie is a member of this site. Since her web-site has no means for us to e-mail her directly, it's nice to know that we can still let her know how we, her fans, feel about her books. And I think they're wonderful. Such a fabulous escape from the stress of life. I guess tha...
