Re: Canadian thread eh?

Please, wreak havoc, I think it needed some havoc wreaking!

Canada is good, but cold. Be sure you and your mafia friends bundle up! And careful not to slip, the puddles left by your cleaning up may freeze over!

..now, as you were ;)

Re: Star Wars Movies

There's a Star Wars cookbook?! Where did you get it? I must have one! Actually, there are two, and I want them both! http://www.amazon.com/Wookiee-Cookies-Star-Wars-Cookbook/dp/B000TSUCAQ/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1233668577&sr=8-6 http://www.amazon.com/Star-Cookbook-Darth-Galactic...

Re: Canadian thread eh?

As another "real" Canadian, may I just say I'm enjoying this invasion immensly! Please don't mind me, I'll just sit back and watch the ice cream fly...it's a particularly good season this year, lots of snow and cold. Although the sun just came out, so beware, it may be melting! (shuffles o...

Re: How Did You Choose Your Screen Name?

My name (EvrThinEvrMinEvrRs) comes from a love letter written by Beethoven to his "Immortal Beloved". It's how he signs off at the end of it. I fell in love with it when it was mentioned in the Sex and the City movie. Oddly enough, it also kinda has a vampire relation to it...Gary Oldman p...

Re: Gex X--the 30 something thread

I think I was a bit of a boring teenager. The kids at school called me bookworm (I always had a book in my hand, even at lunch time), I was perfectly happy going to a movie and nothing else on Friday and Saturday nights, I spent a lot of time with my mom and got a lot of flack for it, and I didn't h...

Re: Gex X--the 30 something thread

does anyone else remember the snap bracelets? I don't have a link (bad, bad interneter!), but they were basically a long strip of plastic that you could whack against your arm and have it twist around like a bracelet, and had names of famous people/groups on them. I had a lime green Paula Abdul one ...

Re: Did you get someone to read Twilight?

after coming to the movie with me Thursday night, I finally got my mom to start reading them. She's finished New Moon and is waiting not so patiently for Eclipse. A friend has it right now so she'll just have to wait. She was so reluctant to read them to start with, and her reasoning, "I though...

Favourite 80's song: a toss up between Everybody Wants to Rule the World by Tears for Fears, Part Time Lover by Stevie Wonder and Tenderness by General Public. They are all just awesome songs.
