Re: Romeo and Juliet

That is a wonderful quote! I remember I read it in R and J and was only somewhat impressed; it wasn't my favorite quote. However, when used in connection to NM it was simply perfect!

Re: Romeo and Juliet

Nice! I didn't notice the foreshadowing of Bella faking her death.

There was also the bit og how Tybalt was a relation of Juliet that attemped to kill Romeo. Jasper was a relation to Edward who attempted to kill Bellla.

Re: Chapter 9 ~ Third Wheel

1. I feel that yes, Jessica is justified. I think that after Edward leaves, Bella is so distant that she pushes a lot of people away form her. Jessica, to her credit, goes out with Bella in spite of this in what turns to be a bit of a disaster. Bella acts strangelly all night then she converseswith ...

Re: Laurent

Laurent, in my mind, is somewhat of a tragic character. To me, he was completely a victim of being a vampire. He was never intentionally cruel to Bella. He told her that her death would be quick. He just saw himself as a member of the dominant species: vampire. This ultimately led to his downfall wh...
