Our climate is extreme here, too. Winters are usually in the -40C range, summers are in the 40C range. Why can't it ever be right in between???

It's better than the few months of -45C that we have to tolerate every winter. That is -45F. When it gets that cold, the C and F scales meet. Brrr.
