Re: CHapter 3 ~ Phenomenon

1. Bella is surprised and touched that Charlie put snow chains on her truck because she isn't used to people taking care of her. Later on we know that Renee called Bella hysterical to have her come home yet Renee wasn't in Phoenix. Given all of this what were your impressions of Renee? I think Renee...

Re: Chapter 2 ~ Open Book

1. Where did you think Edward had gone off to at the start of the chapter and why did you think he had vanished? I thought that he had dropped out of school, and I was still trying to figure out why he would just vanish. 2. We learn a few things about Bella's parents in this chapter. Charlie can't c...

Re: Chapter 1 ~ First Impressions

1. Did you relate to Bella right away? If so, what part of her did you identify with? I really identified with Bella's move. She had to go somewhere unfamiliar for the sake of a family member's happiness. I have recently had to do the same thing. I had to move to NC with my husband for the military....

Re: Seth Clearwater

I really admire how loyal Seth is to Jacob. He has a very strong sense of loyalty and of right and wrong. I also like how naive he is. He doesn't let the rest of the pack's prejudices against the Cullens stand in his way of getting to know them for himself. He learns to appreciate them for who they ...

Re: Emmett Cullen

Emmett's presence in Breaking Dawn is such a relief. He adds so much humor to the pretty dark book. I really wish that we could have gotten to know him a bit more in depth. I would have liked to see him more often in the first three novels.

Re: Jacob's Book

Jacob really provides the needed comic relief in Breaking Dawn. I, personally, have always liked him. He has always had the rotten end of the deal, and I think he just handles it like any one of us would. I think it's natural that he is so bitter in the series. If he wasn't, he would be a much less ...

Re: Sequels

I think that it was implied in Breaking Dawn that the Volturi conflict would escalate again sometime in the future. I think that it would be natural that the Volturi would go back to Italy to lick their wounds, regroup, find new vampires with special abilities and come back to retaliate. I think the...

Re: Jacob and Nessie

I find it thoroughly disturbing that Jacob would imprint on a baby. I was actually holding out for Jacob and Leah. But, I agree that it would be nice to see how the relationship between Nessie and Jacob plays out. I really wish Stephenie would continue with the series so we can see Nessie, in partic...

How did you pick your screen name? How did you come to read Twilight and which book is your favorite? I randomly stumbled onto Twilight at Barnes and Noble one day. I read everything I can get my hands on, so I'm always looking for something new. I hadn't heard much about it, but someone at the stor...
