Re: Rate the Quote

10/10 Wow...who knew Bill Gates had such an insight on life!! "To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything, and your heart will certainly be wrung and possibly be broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact, you must give your heart to no one, not even to an animal. Wrap it carefully...

Re: What would your scent be?

I would surely smell of green apple. That's because I use only green apple shampoo, conditioner, bath foam and body lotion...probably this should go in the OCD thread

Re: Body Art and Piercings

I have a celtic harp on my right wrist...I'm thinking about getting a shamrock or a triskele on my back, just at the base of the neck.
I have a nose piercing as well plus several earrings. Unfortunately, my husband-to-be is not very fond of them

Re: Origen ethnicity

I was born and raised in Italy. I'm European, though I don't know if that can be considered my ethnicity :? maybe Mediterranean, because I come from the very South.

Re: What's Your OCD?

My greatest OCD is about my books and comics: they must be in perfect condition...I check all of them (and they are a lot, believe me) every now and then for dust or anything else that might damage them. I don't lend them any more. Besides, I'm buying all my new books in English so I can't lend to a...

Re: Fairy Name

Your fairy is called Thorn Hailwand
She is a protector of the lonely.
She lives in brambles and blackberry bushes.
She is only seen when the seer holds a four-leafed clover.
She wears purple and green like berries and leaves. She has cheery turquoise wings like a butterfly.

Cool!!!

Re: Gen Y---the twenty somethings thread

I thought so, too...but luckily enough there lots of adult readers in this forum! I'm a great fan of fantasy and sci-fi literature and I don't mind if most of the books aout there are written for young adults...it makes me feel younger, which is good :P Besides, I think that itìs a stupid thing to c...

Re: Midnight on the Lexicon

Hi everybody.

It's 00:12 here and I've just finished writing another half chapter of my book. Thanks God I'm inspired these days...
It's been a long day and I'm exhausted. I'd better get some decent sleep.
Good night all....

Re: Gex X--the 30 something thread

Hi there. My name is Chiara and I'm from Italy...I was wondering if I can join this thread even if I'm "almost" 30 :P
At first I thought I was a black swan in here...so many people in their teens. I'm glad to find other people who are about my age.

Uh, thanks for the info Aakerman. I will check their forum and then wait at least for some guest to be confirmed.

Assumed that I can't leave school for two days...it's pretty much disappointing that here in Italy schools are open on Saturdays!
