Re: The Eternal Twilight Convention-Feb 2009, UK

Wow, a convention in the UK...it's just take one hour from where I live to get there, by plane of course 8-) Anyway, I don't think I will ever find the courage to go. My boyfriend is absolutely out of this kind of stuff and doesn't speak a word of English, plus...what if I'm the only 20something gir...

Re: Pride and Prejudice

I think that Twilight have a lot in common with Pride and Prejudice, more than meet the eyes at a first reading though. Indeed, the relationship between Edward and Bella and its development resembles very much that between Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy, at least in the first part. In both books, interest ...

Re: Hi there

Thank you all for the welcome...I like the forum so far :D

@ Elizabeth: yeah, I teach English literature for a living in senior high school and Spanish in junior. It's pretty much a vocation rather than a job...you must enjoy it to be good at it :D

Re: The Wedding

I'm planning my wedding right now and I must confess that reading about the wedding of Edward and Bella has been a very emotional experience for me. And how many details matched with the wedding I'm planning: the flower decorations and garden reception...wow! Anyway, I'm really really curious about ...
