I like when Eric gets pissed off at Mike when he interrupts him asking Bella out (Sup Arizona huh, how you likin' the rain girl--better get use to it girl). He says " Mike hey your real cute man, that that that was that was really awesome, why you shutting down my game ...let a playa play" Yes I've seen this movie way too many times.

And also where bella and 'edward are in the car after he just saves her from the thugs and he asks her to distract him and she tells him he should put his seatbelt on and he does this funny little incredulous laugh and says 'you should put your seatbelt on'. Love it!

I like Rob's delivery of the line in the Greenhouse scene that's something like
"Can you at least watch where your going!?"
Idk, it was after Bella fell over, you could just see his protectiveness.
But there were SO many lines that were good.
