My favorite couple that's not from Twilight is Rohan and Sioned from Melanie Rawn's Dragon Prince. There relationship reminded me a little bit of Edward and Bella.

Noah and Allie from The Notebook!
They're my favourite couple besides from Bella and Edward.
Another favourite couple is Hana and Yoon Suh Oppa from the Korean drama Tree of Heaven.
That drama is so sad, but they're love for one another is so true and pure for one another.

I forgot to mention that I also love Wanderer and Ian from The Host. I think their relationship is so cute because it's so subtle since Melanie was in the way for most of it.
