It's Philosophers! If I'd have said earlier PS would any of you have known what I meant? And does anyone know why they changed it? Yanks do know what Philosophers are right? American Publishers do that to soo many British books.
It was cause they didn't know what Philosopher meant in the States or something, that's why it got changed to Sorcerors
I THINK

Side note: Oh my goodness! awesomejen1, I LOVE your banner.

I agree with dazzleme, Goblet of Fire move was TERRIBLE. And luv_edward_cullen, I think you're right. They changed the title from Philosopher's Stone to Sorcerer's Stone because they didn't think most Americans would know what "Philosopher's Stone" meant. *shrug* makes sense to me...

They must try and dumb it down for them  I actually have the american version and everytime I read it I notice that is says "Gray" an awful lot ~( when refering to his school uniform ) - and Sneakers really jumped out at me.

Why thank you, MRK, fellow lexiconer here made it for me and my fan fic :)

Ahh...the British...think they have to change things for us dumb americans...meh...they might be right...

I love all the movies, but I definatly see them as seperate from the books...they are based on the books...still good, but never as good as the original (but is there really any movie that is equally as good or better then the book it was based on?)

The worst death for me as bad as it sounds was Hedwig.
He was one of my favorite characters. And of course Fred's! That was seriously heartbreaking.
I love the twins, they are the Emmett's of HP.

*Warning - Spoilers!*

One word - Dobby!

When Harry dug his grave by hand, then they put on his stone "a free elf" or something like that?

Grrr I am glad Mrs Wealsy got that Bellatrix, she was evil!

1. Yes! A lot of my friends say that the worst ootp. It was pretty bad, but come on, how do you get worse then Goblet of Fire?
2. It was really stupid of them to think that Americans don't know what "Philosopher's Stone" meant. I mean, I had to take a class about it in sixth grade!

Yeah. So, is anyone gonna see HBP? It'll probably suck but just in case...

And, where do you think they should cut DH for the movie? I think they were considering doing it right after Dobby dies  . I still feel sad about that.I haven't read it in a while, but isn't that too far in?

It would be a good place to end it.. It's like a break between the first and Second half - and that much happens in the second that if they did split them there the second would still be a longer film.

Yes I will go see HBP though I know I'll frickin' hate it.

Im going to see HBP!!

Yeah... where Dobby dies (r.i.p. Dobby :() is definately too far in. That is right before Hermione poses as Bellatrix to go to Gringotts to get the horcrux.

I didn't notice there was no S.P.E.W. in the 4th movie, actually. I still loved that movie, and it has Robert Pattinson-y goodness in it!
