Hello, all! Some of you know me from over on the Fanfiction discussion thread. For those of you who don't frequent over there, I am Miss P. I am a TwiTeacher. I teach 5th grade.
I am sooooo ready for Thursday/Friday midnight to get here already! I have a complete NEW MOON weekend planned. I have bought a total of 14 tickets online! Another twiteacher and I are going to the midnight premier on the 20th. Our cinema is having a party before, so we will be there for that! Then, on the 21st, she and I are taking a newly converted twiteacher to see a matinee. Then, on the 22nd, my sisters and my nephew and his girlfriend and I are going to a matinee! I get to see it 3 times...I may have to see it a couple more times the next weekend. I will go into DT's before it comes out on video!

I'm looking forward to seeing the red carpet preimere tonight. It was a lot of fun watching it and chatting with the Ghutter Guys and Gals! I hope to have the same experience today. I really hope they have better people doing the interviews. The last interviewees were annoying and I could tell the actors thought so too. Poor Rob and KStew! They looked very uncomfortable. I guess they no know what to expect.

QTOD (Question of the Day, to the newbies): What did you all think of SM's interview with Oprah? I thought she did very well and didn't seem to be nervous. She looked fantastic. I was a bit disappointed to here that she's taking a break from the Twilight world, but I can understand. It's a bit overwhelming to say the least. I was happy though, to have The Host triology rumor clarified. I heard that rumor a while ago and was wondering if it was true or not, but I must say that I've been dying for Midnight Sun ever since it was first mentioned. Wouldn't be cool to read both MS and TW at the same time?

oh pooh. I can't get them to load up Cullengirl. I DVR'd Oprah but they didn't ask the question when they came back from commercial. What was the news about the Host and Midnight Sun. I'm dying here.

So, how's everyone been? I've been lurking when I can and reading so I don't get to far behind. a hug to everyone I haven't talked to for a while. Welcome to all the new gals. Fall selling season is in full swing so I'm limited to my time on the Lex and FB right now but I'm sure going to figure a way to squeeze it in after Friday. I get to see NM on Saturday afternoon.

Are we going to put a time on when we can talk about the movie. Didn't we do that last time? Sorry if the question has already been asked.

Hey, Bewitched!

From what I can remember, here's the scoop on "The Host" and "Midnight Sun": There has been talks that "The Host" will be a trilogy and she is currently working with the people on "The Host" movie. SM also said that she has another book idea in mind, but nothing was confirmed. As for MS, she's taking a hiatus from the TW world. She said she needed some time away and more importantly, write it when she's feels ready for the story not because people have been demanding it. She also mentioned the infamous leak of the MS rough draft online. She did mention that she anticipated the TW series to be longer and knows how Bella and Edward's story ends but wouldn't say. Hopefully, you can load the video sometime. Also, there's mention that she's answering questions on her website and on thetwilightsaga.com this afternoon (according to Seth, it'll be a couple hours before the preimere).

My "bookbuddy" bought our tickets for Friday at 10:30am...I'm stoked! I cannot wait to see New Moon!!! We are hoping since it is early on a Friday, it won't be packed...kids should be in school, right!?!?

Thank you Nima, *bowing deeply* for kilt men! I so love me a man in a kilt, you are certainly challenging Spoon's kilt man. And storm trooper in a kilt was hilarious!

Don't forget also (I hate missing so much) Bella (Twilight) and Bella (BDB), Gabrielle (MB) and Gabriel (Guild Hunters), (TwiMom beat me to the Wraith/Wrath issue), Elena (Guild Hunters) and Elhena (BDB). That's all I have to add...

Hey guys...I had so much to catch up on...

Oh, and I wanted to add that there was also Bella from BDB/Bella from TW (was that one mentioned? I might have skipped it accidentally as I was trying to get caught up on the thread)

I have to say, the kilt pictures were lovely...my husband is half Irish and half Scottish and I've always begged him to wear one but he refuses. Oh well, one can dream right? I'm still hoping to talk him into it some day

It was such a welcome relief to come on to the threads tonight and be excited about New Moon...I mentioned a few days ago that my grandmother was given a month to live (she has liver cancer...) well, she lost that battle last night. I was able to be there when she passed, along with my mom and her three sisters, my sister, and my cousin. So, athough this is a sad time for oue family...I'm going to continue enjoying life and appreciate things that make me happy in her honor. So, it was a nice break from the saddness for me to come on and catch up with all of you and see those yummy pictures Thank you for that!
