Re: Rob's HH #12: Sisterhood of the Pattinson
Hey all!
This weekend has been good, both fun and restful. Stars on Ice was amazing, so much fun to see all the different skaters perform, and my Mom had a great time The best part was that World Vision is now a sponsor of it and I'm a huge fan of theirs, The cast had generously signed photos for any one who became a sponsor that night so I ended up sponsoring a little girl. WV does such great work that I was thrilled to see them there.
Yesterday my friend ended up being sick too Lynne, but I was so tired from being out late the night before I didn't mind! We ended up Facebook messaging back and forth as a way to hang out instead. I'd rather not get sick right before my vacation anyway.
Lynne-Oh poor kid, I hadn't heard about the ending of the movie, I just kept hearing about the good reviews! Sometimes it's hard when people cancel, isn't it?
Michelle-oh I didn't realize you're still celebrating Easter, how cool. I'm used to dealing with crazies in Seattle or even Tacoma, but in my little suburban neighborhood? Not so much. I can't imagine eating lamb..reminds of the cute little baby ones. I have a hard time eating animals if I really starting thinking about what I eat!
Dare I ask what offal is?

Morning all!
I'm working for Rochelle today. Little Man is coming with me and will play with her kids while we work. I'm feeling quite weary today so I'm hoping I will be alert enough to actually get some stuff done. It's hard.
Sarah - I'm glad you enjoyed Stars on Ice. Yes, it was sad my friend cancelled, but in a way, I felt the same as you. I had a lot to do that day and that meant I could get it done without stress.

Hi everyone.
I'm pretty happy today because the weekend's racing is over, with Audi winning today at Silverstone. I'll post links to videos, stories, and photos as I find them. I even caught the last 2:30 on TV this morning on Fox Sports 1, which will also carry other rounds of the WEC live.
For tonight, though, I'll probably be looking up some stuff, doing some gaming, and getting ready for work tomorrow.
I'll be back later

Hey there!
Last night I got a phone call from a friend of mine. She works in the public library system, often going between a few different ones. She said to me, 'You know, your books are always being borrowed.' That made me really happy. It's nice to know that people are interested enough to try them out.

Hi everyone.
I had a pretty good day at work today, and I'm still pretty much in a happy mood because of Audi winning the WEC race yesterday.
Here's a gallery of yesterday's action:

Glad to have tomorrow off so I can catch up with some stuff at home.

Re: Rob's HH #12: Sisterhood of the Pattinson
I'm feeling a bit down this morning.
Rochelle emailed me with the news that she's received a grant to have an intern at work for the next six to eight months. Normally I'd probably be happy about this but guess whose work they'll be doing? Mine. This means she probably won't have much work for me for the next six to eight months. If Hubby's new business venture takes off it might not be a problem but if it doesn't money could be dwindling away awfully quickly.
Do I go and get another job? Trouble is, I like working for Rochelle. I don't know what else I would do these days. And I don't want to get something that's going to be full time and I don't want to work at something I don't enjoy either. I spent years doing the hard yards at jobs I wasn't particularly fond of to put food on the table while every other member of my family got to do exactly the job they wanted, even if it didn't pay the bills. Paying them was my job. I just want work that I enjoy. Is that too much to ask?
Rochelle still might have some stuff for me. This is the other thing that makes it difficult. Do I stay free so that I can do what she can give me or leave entirely? If I could get some editing jobs it wouldn't be a problem but it's hard to get your name out there. There are so many editors about. I don't know what to do.

Hey all,
I probably won't be around much for the next week or so, Jason and I are going on vacation on Thursday and I'm going to try really really hard to unplug and just enjoy time with him alone since I don't feel like we've really gotten that since our Forks trip last August.
Lynne-oh that so rough..I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. I wish there was something I could do! I am glad to hear that people are reading The Heir though!

Morning!
I still feel like crap. I've pretty much decided I'm going to have to go out there and try and find something, even if it's just one day a week (assuming I can find something like that). I can't depend on Rochelle to give me work anymore. It would help if I knew that Hubby's plans for his new work are going to come good. He's started sending out stuff about his new business and he seems to be getting a good response, but no money as yet. If it does really well I might not need the work but it could be a while before we see those kind of results.

Re: Rob's HH #12: Sisterhood of the Pattinson
Hi everyone.
I do finally have a Silverstone WEC weekend wrap up list of links, but first, about my day.
It was alright. I got plenty of work done, got a Little Cesar's pizza, and I have a day off tomorrow, and for now at least, the weather is good.
I don't have too much more to comment on at the moment, aside from starting to make plans for the weekend after this coming one. I'll be trying to do some stuff involving a bird show that the Ohio Bird Sanctuary is putting on. I just need to find out where they'll be having their barn owls going primarily.
Okay, Silverstone WEC round up:
