When I first saw the trailer on youtube I was totally impressed. The problem was, I kept asking myself over and over, "Who is the guy they picked to play Edward?" It was until I got a real good look at him that I realized who he was. I think they did a great job on him as far as make-up and, let's be honest, with the description Stephanie gave of Edward in the books, it was gonna be hard has heck to find ANYONE that would look as great as she made Edward out to be but, they made a great choice with Robert. Now, when I re-read any of the books, hs face is the face I see.
When I heard Robert Pattinson was going to play Edward, I almost peed in my pants! I thought he was wonderful in Harry Potter, and I noticed how good looking he was too. I pictured Edward exactly like Robert. Now that I read Breaking Dawn and when I reread the books, only Roberts image comes into my head. I loved Robert from the very beginning. I mean, can you believe his smile? *faints* I think he will make a perfect Edward and he already looks like him. ^_^ I think the Twilight Movie will be fantastic!

i luv Rob as Edward. When i first found out he was playin him i was like, ok i think he would do pretty good and he could look the part. and now i luv him even more and i think he's going to do AWESOME playing Edward my wish is to meet Rob in person cause that would be so awesome! but i doubt i'd ever get too, oh well

I'll be honest at first I didn't like him at all for Edward.
Now I can't imagine anyone else to play Edward.
He grew on me and he looks good...as do almost all the guys in the movie.
I can't wait to see the movie!!
I LOVE rob pattinson. Now I couldnt tell you one thing about Harry Potter, but when I found out he was playing Edward I watched the fourth movie four times and cried every time his character died. I do at times have trouble picturing him as Edward. But after I read the partial draft of midnight sun yesterday I was sold he is PERFECT.

Omg, and so I saw those pictures when I woke up this morning, and I was practically bawling in tears.
I mean, it was so unfair.
Rob never looked so handsome, so-so radiant, so... dashing.
He looks so much as Edward Cullen, sometimes I find it hard to believe that he's just portraying that character.

I think when I first thought it was going to be Robert Patinson or however that's spelt I wasn't happy because he wasn't at all what I thought he would be like and then Kristen Stewart as Bella- I was shocked, I don't think she's anything like what I had though or imagine, she's way to glamourous and I thought she was meant to be like plain and dull...if you see my point.
I hope the movie rocks and I will defintely be there to see it straight away!
