When me and my frıend (another big twilight fan!) heard that rob was going to be edward we were ın shock... I didnt like him at all... To potray edward İs a hard job and after i watched some of his interviews İ thınk that Rob is a good match for edward and that he will be the edward that some of us pictured ın our heads when we read the book... Lets hope that rob doesnt screw up :)

I have to be honest in saying that I was scared when I first saw the trailers.. I still don't think he's perfect, but there isn't any actor I've ever seen that could possibly be as perfect as the Edward in my mind.. I didn't think I was going to like Rob, but after watching him in interviews and some clips from other movies he was in, I felt a lot better. He's a great actor and he can be so intense and YUMMY.. So, I guess that means that Rob is going to be great. Plus, I have faith in Stephenie (that she wouldn't let anything bad happen to that role).

I just don't imagine him as Edward. My mind just can't. I don't know why. I don't who else can play Edward, but Robert Pattinson just isn't Edward to me at all.

i think that robert will be an AWESOME edward :D from what previews and clips from the movie i've seen he's very edward-y :mrgreen:

As soon as I read the book I knew he was going to do a really good job being Edward . I' m very happy with him as Edward , so hot !
