I really like this next song and I thing it would fit to after Edward leaves Bella, look at some of the lyrics:

Today's not the same
As every day
It's far from ordinary
The pain I endure
You're my cure
But my mistakes have led me
Far away from you...

You turn away
From all those things
That I've been trying to say
And all those promises
I shouldn't have made
I did it for you

My open mind
Feelings I just can't reconcile
My heart's on a string
These broken wings
You knew I'd be so fragile
Far away from you...

You turn away
From all those things
That I've been trying to say
And all those promises
I shouldn't have made
I did it for you

I searched my soul
And all these feelings
That I can't control
And you're the one thing
That can make me whole
I did it for you

It's called "I did it for you" and it's by David Cook. I especially love that last verse: "I searched my soul And all these feelings That I can't control And you're the one thing That can make me whole I did it for you"

That is amazing!! How perfect. Does anyone have any idea who might be on the soundtrack other than Paramore and I am sure that Muse & Blue October - SM's personal faves.

i really hope Paramore isn't on the soundtrack again...
Hopefully there are more indie bands like Iron & Wine and Mute Math, and not popular generic bands.
Chris Weitz was a producer for Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist... so I hope he uses the same style when it comes to the music in the film.

My daughter said it was one of the best soundtracks ever! I should give it a listen.

I would like to hear some more Paramore and Robert Pattinson. I also think that "Save You" by Kelly Clarkson would fit perfect with the movie. With the part that Edward leaves Bella or before when he acts strange before he decides to leave her or when Edward thinks that Bella is dead.

Save You

I can tell
I can tell how much you hate this
And deep down inside
You know it's killing me
I can call
Wish you well
And try to change this
But nothing I can say
Would change anything
Where were my senses
I left them all behind

Why did I turn away
Away
I wish I could save you
I wish I could say to you
I'm not going nowhere
I wish I could say to you
It's gonna be alright
it's gonna be alright

Didn't mean
Didn't mean to leave you stranded
Went away cause I didn't want to face the truth
Reaching out
Reach for me empty handed
You don't know
If I care you're trying to find the proof
There were times I'd wonder
Could I have eased your pain

Why did I turn away
Away
I wish I could save you
I wish I could say to you
I'm not going nowhere
I wish I could say to you
It's gonna be alright
It's gonna be alright
It's gonna be alright
Save you
I wish I could save you

We can pretend nothing's change
Pretend It's all the same
And there will be no pain tonight

It's gonna be alright
It's gonna be alright
It's gonna be alright
Save you
I wish I could save you
I'm not going nowhere
I wish I could say to you
It's gonna be alright
It's gonna be alright
It's gonna be alright
Save you
I wish I could save you.

I really do think that it goes perfect.

It really is! It's very youthful, and it's great because almost all of the bands on the soundtrack are soemthing different. I liek that Chris Weitz has experience working with teen films because other teen movies that he has produced or directed have had great musical selections. I know many people don't like American Pie @ the Lex, but the soundtrack is awesome. it also always remains consistent throughout the movies.

 Paramore only got popular with the album 'riot'
Their earlier stuff is much more suited to things like this.
Paramore has been my favourite band for years..

..and if they're not in the soundtrack just because they're too 'popular'.. then that's just silly
