I'm posting this publically so everyone can learn. Una, you need an end bracket ] after jpg and before john. Otherwise it looks good. I find that if I "preview" before I "submit" that I can catch things like missing brackets or something in the wrong order. One my classic mistakes is to hit shift and have the {} brackets instead of [] brackets. Only the square ones will work.

Valentina wrote:I actually rarely picture characters while I'm reading. Most of the characters I only knew a few features. Like Alice has short spiky hair, Jacob is Aboriginal and he had long hair... which I only noticed when Bella said he'd cut it all off. For a loooong time, I pictured Aro bald.

Well, you learn something new every day! The only people I had ever heard "aboriginal" if reference to were the Australians; and that was in highschool very many years ago. I had learned that the Aborigines were natives of Australia. So, when I read your take on Jacob, I was like "WHAT???" LOL- I looked it up; an aborigine is a member of the earliest known inhabitants of a land... which is true of the Quileute tribe.
Okay... wait a minute! Jacob is Native American!!!! If you are not up on the PC term, we used to call them Indians (no not the people from India)

Yes, I am aware that Jacob is a Native American, member of the Quileute tribe. I knew that before I read Valentina's post. It's clearly stated in the books that Jake is a native American, and anyone who has read the book knows that. The Quileute history is given in Eclipse, stating that they were the earliest inhabitants of that area. The term just caught me off guard, for the reason I posted. "Earliest inhabitants of a region or area" IS the definition of "aborigine, aboriginal." Native Americans are indigenous (originating and living in an area; native) to our land, our "original inhabitants." I was NOT implying that Jake was a native of Australia, as per my recollection of the term from highschool- 16 years ago. I am simply drawing the parallel between the terms "aboriginal," indigenous," and "Native American." All those terms have to do with the same word- origin. That is why I looked up the term. I had just never heard that term used for any group of people other than the "original inhabitants" of Australia. I hope this has cleared up any misconception.
