Emmaline it's fine you can call me Tilly. My name's Amanda. Most just call me Tilly, or Till, or even T. Doesn't matter. I answer to it all.
And I have to baby sit. So all day I'll be prepping to go there and watch a five year old and a thirteen year old. And getting as much rest as possible since the job is from 5 until at least midnight. And we'll probably go to my lover boy's parent's house before hand to get his brother. It's times like these I wish I had my laptop again.

Komal--I'd really like the help! Glad to see another chef around here!
We're doing a buffet, nothing too fancy. I'm thinking a salad bar for sure, and then some soups. And an area for main dishes, bread, and side dishes. The dessert will be the cakes, but we should have an area for other sweets (my favorite part! )
So if you have anything else to imput on the different courses, and then what types of different things we should have.

Just to remind people were also having a burger/hot dog stand
soup and salad at a gig? I dont think that would work too well there just not gig food.
