I stumbled downstairs, on my way to the laundry room to collect the last of my stuff.
I passed the kitchen on the way... Or, what looked like the kitchen... I couldn't tell- something was different.
And there was a strong odor that I wasn't familiar with.
Not wanting to deal with it now, I grabbed my laundry. The twins appeared outside, and I happened to see them through the door, so I kicked out my leg to let them in. They followed me back to my room and settled into their aquarium.
*standing in the remanents of the kitchen, which Steve just stepped in*
