SM Input and Control on Twilight Movie

Does anyone know how much control Stephenie Meyer actually had in the movie Twilight?

This question has been bugging me ever since I saw the movie last night.
Also someone needs to definitely help me persuade myself into thinking that it was a good movie.
Because honestly, I didn't like the movie.
I was super disappointed!
And I totally didn't want to be

I don't know how much control she had, but THANK YOU! I'm so sick of hearing how good it was. It was horrible and rushed. And they showed nothing from the book, really. Alice was awesome I loved her.

The movie wasn't what i thought it would be ...but since i'm a true twilight fan i cannot say the movie was bad...

I'm Emmaline. well, I'm pretty sure she didn't have too much to do with it, other than giving the director and actors an insight of midnight sun and how she wanted her characters to be portrayed. (More like just giving the actors an over run of the character's description: physical and personality.)
