Speaking of words that aren't, in fact, real.
One of the main words in my vocabulary is "gumpy".
It kind of means, goofy, dopey, silly, simple. hahaha.

A friend and I came up with "lactarded" this summer; because we're both lactose intolerant.

I also say "jeepers crow" alot.

I also use replacement words, you know, instead of profanity. Like... "tulips and daisies". It's kind of cool most people get quite a laugh when you stub your toe and you scream "strawberry milkshake!"

EDIT: new fave word PEZ. I love PEZ!

but mush is my all-time fav word- it isn't actually a proper word but i use it all the time often without realising
oh cornichon (thats french for gherkin) makes me lol so much mostly due to its other meaning and the inside joke me and my french penpal have.
