How did you pick your screen name?

I work in a bookstore and I've become one of the "go to" people for modern fantasy, specifically vampire and werewolf books. After I gave a pair of customers a quick "Before you read Twilight" lesson, I went off to do something else. Within moments, I heard one of the women ask "Where's that vampire chick?" It made me giggle enough to keep it.

How did you come to read Twilight and which book is your favorite?

Curiosity killed my wallet. I'd sold so many copies of the first three books that I broke down and bought the whole set in hardcover one day. As far as a favorite book goes, I'm not etirely sure. There are parts of each that make the series great, from the way Twilight made me care what happened to the characters to the way the story drove so much of New Moon to the action of Eclipse and the suspense of Breaking Dawn.

Who do you like best: Edward, Bella, or Jacob?

All three are great reading, and I've considered myself hardcore Team Edward ever since the triangle preseted itself, and I'm a big time Bella defender. That's not to say I don't like Jacob.

Who is your favorite minor character?

I adore both the Clearwater kids, and my favorite Other Cullens are Alice and Emmet.

What are your hobbies?

Reading, movies, reading, digital photo manipulation, reading, listening to all kinds of music, reading, writing (I'm workig on my first novel), reading, online roleplay, and...reading.

Where are you from?

Mississippi, most recently.

How old are you?

I've recently crossed the threshold into my thirties.

Nothing comes to mind, though I'm sure it will after this post has been up a while.

Also, make sure you glance over Alcyone's Newcomer's Guide to the Lexicon 2.0 (The shinier, spiffier version) for rules and regulations, if you haven't already. It's great for a newcomer to get a start with the rules, and it's a good look-over for returning old members to see if anything's changed, but I don't think much has.
