Hello!
I am Virgina May, here and on several other sites. I am a newbie to Twilight, having just read the saga in early November '09.
I chose my pen name/ userid because it is my grandmother's name and she was an elegant, brave, and intelligent woman who I adored. Also, it's kinda cool and what I would choose if I really needed a 'nom de plume'.
I can't really remember what else to say. Oh, I am a 30ish SAHM, I live in Florida and can only pay attention to one thing at a time. Right now, that would be Twilight!

Welcome. I too, am new to the Saga - I started Twilight after Christmas as a way to escape and relax - I never knew it would be SOOOO good! I had given the books to my daughter when they were first out and had seen the two movies. I didn't realize that the books are so much better and that you actually enjoy the movies more after having read them.
So, I was trying to figure out your acronym - SAHM - Single at Home Mother?
Well, I'm an AEN - Almost Empty Nester! (one in college, one will be in college in 1.5 years) I'm 51, but people say I look about 45 - no kidding.
If you are a stay at home mom, Great!! I was lucky enough to be able to do that. I changed my career while I was home with my kids and got an ESL Teaching license. That enabled me to teach part time, school year only. I know I am lucky to be able to do that.
I'm enjoying the Lex - the people here seem to be very kind and very well educated, a classy bunch!
