Hello! For some obssessive reasons, it's driving me nuts not knowing the lyrics for Rob's song "Never Think".
So I've found myself tryting to decipher them (I posted this message on the message board of the soundtrack annoucement too, just thought I'd put in here in hopes of feedback
)
While I’ll probably face some embarrassment
when the actual lyrics are posted, here’s my stab:
(A side note - this song made me think back to the conversation in Twilight when Edward said to Bella that he always wants to know what she is thinking, he just wishes she wouldn’t think some things. Meaning a large part of him wishes she wouldn’t return his feelings, and the part of himself that does want to have her love him in return, he perceives as selfish. He sees himself a monster that will take away both her life and her soul, and he wants at the same to time protect that soul. He’s very conflicted. And I also thought about Rob's musical outlet leaning towards the Blues, and some common phrases used in that style music.)
